By using this service you consent to the Terms and Conditions as follows:
You must have a UK mobile and have the bill payer’s permission. This is a reverse-billed text service, cost of text to 80556 will be charged at 5 pounds plus your standard network text charge. A confirmation text informing you that your mobile has been charged 5 pounds will be sent shortly thereafter. Calls will disconnect once the credit is finished and a new text request with keyword to 80556 will have to be made for a further top up. Credit lasts for 90 days from day of first use. Cost of calls to the 0208 access number will be charged at your standard mobile rate to a landline or can be used as part of your mobile inclusive minutes. Calls charged per second. Prices are subject to changed without prior notice. Calls made to mobiles may cost more, unless specifically mentioned in the destination list.

Q- What is Text & Talk?
A- Text & Talk service allows you to make very cheap international calls
from your mobile or landline with no need to set up an account. The service
operates on a pre-pay basis and calls are made using the available credit, which
can be topped up on request.
Q- How do I top up?
A- Simply text BUS to 80556 for a £5 call credit
The text message will be charged to you by your mobile provider and for this we
send your pin number with £5 credit along with the local and free phone access
numbers
Q- How do I use Text & Talk?
A- Simply dial any one of the access number included in the confirmation text
message, listen to the message, if dialling from a different phone from that
which you topped up from, then use the PIN included in the welcome text, enter
the full international number - do not press send again. That's it your
connected.
Q- What if I have sent a text requesting a top up, but have not received a
confirmation message back?
A- Generally a confirmation message is sent instantaneously, however very
occasionally for example at peak times the mobile networks maybe congested which
means that the confirmation message maybe delayed. Do not resend the message as
you will be charged twice. If after a couple of hours you have not received the
confirmation message please contact our us and we will be able
to identify what the issue is.
Q- Are there any administration, subscription or other fees?
A- There are no administration, subscription or other fees. There is however a
0800 surcharge of two pence per minute from any mobile or landline and a 10p per
minute surcharge from a payphone.
Q- Where can I find the rates for my destination country?

Q- Is there a maximum amount of topups that I am allowed in one day?
A- Yes, you can not topup with more than £20 in one day i.e. 4 X £5 topups.

Important Notice:
Orange recently announced that, From 8 June 07, 07744 services for customers connecting or upgrading to a Dolphin, Canary, Racoon or Panther Animal Package via Orange direct between 1 March 2007 and 31 July 2007 will be charged at a flat rate of 20p/min. Orange's complete announcement can be found on the Orange Website. If you are an Orange contract customer and are on a tariff plan signed before 1st March 2007, you can make FREE international calls using your cross network minutes because calls to our 07744 access numbers are included in your bundle of cross network minutes.
Suggestion: To those Orange customers whose contract signed or upgraqded before 1st March, If Orange still insists to charge these customers, then you can have two options, one is to check with your original Orange contract terms and conditions to see if you can cancel your Orange contract under circumstances as Orange introduced new charges or increased rates without giving any advance notice, when Orange customers like yourself signed up the contract, Orange did include 07744 access numbers, then suddenly without any notice changed the charging policy. Second option is Saving the following Orange terms page on your PC and quote Orange terms and complain to Ofcom or other consumer rights groups. From 1st June 2007, T-mobile will not include all 07744/07755 access numbers within their contract mobile free cross-network minutes and will start to charge their loyal customers 12p per minute to dial all 07744/07755 access numbers. We will try to bring out some new alternative cheap call service.
Start from 27th April 2007, all O2 new contract phone or renewed contract mobiles will no longer include all 0844/0870 access numbers within their contract mobile free minutes. This means all existing O2 contract mobile customers who signed up or renewed their contract before 27th April 2007 will continue to dial our 0844/0870 access numbers free using their bundled free minutes. For those customers who are affected by the latest O2 decision, We will try to bring out some new alternative cheap call service.
